Use our 6-point plan to brief us for your project:
Positioning: How would you like your business/organisation to be perceived? What’s your image? How are you different?
Put your project into context: We’ll want to know what you are trying to achieve with our graphic design services. What problem are you trying to solve? Who are you trying to reach?
Take a step back: The best solution may not be what you initially had in mind. Our evaluation of your needs and aspirations may well lead down a new path and we will certainly stretch your creative horizon – after all that’s why you approached a professional designer in the first place! Try to remain open-minded and remember the best solution for your market may not necessarily be the one that matches your own personal tastes.
Be prepared for feedback, both positive and negative, on the existing presentation of your products and services. We will assess the content, pictures, imagery and copy used to present your company and ask if they successfully fulfill your core objectives.
Communicate: tell us about the wider business implications of the project and make us aware of any other suppliers working on different aspects of the venture, so we can ensure a coherent approach.
Test and target: Where possible ask the opinion of customers or members of your target audience for comments and input. Understanding your audience and their needs will only improve the impact your project will have.
